By accessing this website, you agree to accept, without limitation or criterion, all of these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site. . Checking In and Out
- Our standard check-in time is 1200 hrs and check-out time is 1100 hrs local time.
- Subject to the availability of rooms, we can offer you an early check-in or late check-out facility.
- In case of guaranteed early check-ins, the room is booked from the previous night.
- All prices shown online are in INR per room.
- Prices are subject to change based on any variation in validity periods, rate seasons, contracted periods, applicable laws or government policies. However, the same price is guaranteed once you are given a confirmation.
- For easy and hassle-free check-ins, we request all guests to present 2 ID Proofs, one of them being a photo id-proof, at the time of check-in. For foreign nationals, it is mandatory to present their passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any two of the following: passport, driving license, voter ID card or PAN card.
- A prior deposit or a pre-payment may be required and at the time of booking, in accordance with the provisions applying to the room and rate selected by you.
- PAN card to be produced in case of payments of or over INR 25,000.
- To cancel your reservation, we should be notified prior to 48 hours of your booking date to avoid cancellation or no-show charges unless otherwise specified..
- The REFUND will be processed in 3-4 business days. The REFUND will be processed to the same Credit card / Debit card / Net banking account that was used to make the booking.
- In case of a no-show or unused booking, the room tariff and applicable tax for the entire stay will be charged.
